We're conducting very important observations. I'm Frank, a scientist stationed here at the Twilight Observatory. My colleagues and I are studying the sky above this land of endless night. There is… some debate among us. Is the night sky truly real? Or merely an illusion cast over this region? Staryu and Starmie appear to react to the stars. Their cores shimmer and pulse in patterns that may correspond to celestial movement. If you could observe and catch a few Staryu or Starmie for us, we could study their behavior more closely. With your help, we might finally confirm whether the sky above us is genuine.
