Lightning Bolt (External Move)

Lightning Bolt is an External Move: Strikes the specified block or entity with lightning!

This destructive External Move is disabled by the server configuration.

How it works

Calls down a lightning bolt on the targeted block or entity. It only works where it is currently raining. Requires destructive External Moves to be enabled.

Requirements

Triggered by	Knowing one of Thunderbolt, Bolt Strike, Thunder, Spark, Discharge, Fusion Bolt, Thunder Shock
Target	Targeted block or entity
Cooldown	25 seconds (reduced by the user's Speed)
PP cost	Consumes 1 PP from the triggering move
Range	7 blocks
Destructive	Yes (only works when destructive External Moves are enabled on the server)
