Heal (External Move)

Heal is an External Move: Heals the specified Pokémon, at the price of its own HP.

How it works

Heals a targeted ally Pokemon for one fifth of the user's maximum HP. The target cannot be in a battle and must not already be at full health.

Triggered by	Knowing one of Soft-Boiled, Milk Drink
Target	Targeted ally Pokemon
Cooldown	15 seconds
PP cost	Consumes 1 PP from the triggering move
Range	7 blocks
